(TheWeatherSpace.com) — TheWeatherSpace.com is monitoring a frontal zone through the Upper Plains to Midwestern States that may produce tornadic supercells.

A TWS Tornado Watch was issued just after noon central time. TWS Senior Meteorologist Kevin Martin is monitoring the potential severe weather event that may produce tornadoes.

“Anywhere from Central Minnesota down through Iowa and Nebraska, including Eastern South Dakota is at risk,” said Martin. The highest threat looks to be somewhere in Eastern Nebraska where the best shear and backing surface winds exist.”

(TheWeatherSpace.com) — Many tornado reports were given across the plains on Monday afternoon and some of the tornadoes looked to be on the strong side.

Storm chasers caught this amazing tornado (VIDEO HERE) of a tornado near Bradshaw, Nebraska on Monday. This tornado looked to be a strong one.

Tornado Alley escapes what could have been a major tornado outbreak

(TheWeatherSpace.com) — A strong storm system moving into California today could have caused a major tornado outbreak across Tornado Alley if the ridge was not there.

According to TheWeatherSpace.com Senior Meteorologist Kevin Martin’s study, the ridge causing all the hot temperatures in the Southern Plains and Southeastern United States (Article Here)is better than what would have happened had it not been there.
