Portals appear in many books, movies and video games. Some of them connect distant places, others travel back or forward in time, and the most powerful ones bridge into different dimensions. Most people suppose these gateways exist only in the realm of mysticism or science fiction, but there are some who strongly believe that portals have been opened up in ancient times and, quite possibly, even in the present day.
According to two National Security US Informants, the Department of Defense developed time travel technology over 40 years ago. As early as 1967, the US government was using a fully operational time travel facility built on Tesla-based quantum access. This technology has been used to keep the construction of military installations secret, as well as provide political and economic advantages by way of knowing what the future holds. Some say the CIA confiscated Tesla’s papers on teleportation shortly after his death.
One of these two National Informants, Michael Relfe, is a former member of the US armed forces who claimed he was a member of a top-secret US operation. He was recruited in 1976 and spent the next 20 years helping maintain and expand one of the two or more US colonies on Mars. Those bases served as strategic research points and defense objectives, and in order to preserve their secrecy, they were built in the future.
Relfe said that after serving 20 years on the Mars colony as part of their permanent team, he was age-reversed and sent back in time. He claimed that this was the usual procedure and that staff members would have certain memories blocked or erased before being discharged.
Dr. Andrew D. Basiago was a participant in DARPA’s Project Pegasus (1968-1972) that focused on time travel in the time-space hologram. He claimed that the CIA was actively training groups of gifted American schoolchildren to become the first generation of time-explorers.
Children were better suited for this mission for several disturbing reasons. First of all, they were considered ideal candidates due to their clear minds and lack of impressions or experience. The US government was interested in the effects of time travel over young bodies and minds. The adult volunteers usually became insane after several journeys. Fortunately, naive children had little former experience and beliefs that could drive them mad.
Another use for quantum technology was found in political control. According to Dr. Basiago, future persons of interest would be notified early about the roles they were to play in the future. He said that in the early 1970’s in Albuquerque, New Mexico he was present at a lunch at which George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush were informed of their future presidencies.
Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton were also paid visits and in 1982, President Obama was rumored to be approached while still a student at UCLA. To further this claim, there are many first witness accounts from people who attended college with Obama that can attest that he would often get drunk at parties and then claim that he would be the future President of The United States. Was this certainty not based on predisposed knowledge?
Basiago claims that in 1971 he viewed images from the attack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001. They had been obtained from the future and brought back for analysis. This implies that the US government knew about 9/11 three decades in advance.
According to the informants and those who support them, this technology is held secret despite being funded by the public. It is also not the first time these missions have been kept declassified because of their immense potential. They say that the people deserve to know what is really going on, the truth about space exploration and the presence of humans on other planets. Teleportation could solve transportation problems worldwide by moving people and goods instantly. It would also immediately help to destroy the current tyrannical power pyramid that is in place.
If they’re right, we’re missing out on some revolutionary insight. To what extent can the Government manipulate our past, present and future lives?

We are still here and now. Don’t worry. This article isn’t about literally going back to the future in a Lamborghini or forward to the past like a Star Trek episode. Practically speaking, the application of Time Travel is an effective strategy for expanding our resonance with limitless potential to manifest as experience.
In Matrix Energetics seminars, we thoroughly explain the physics of Time Travel. Because this is not an article on physics, we will not focus extensively on those theories. However, I will reference some basic principles in quantum physics and torsion-field physics as metaphorical constructs that will show you how to apply Time Travel to your everyday experiences.
Although these metaphors may not be absolutely true, and all are subject to interpretation, what is important is that all of them are potentially useful.
What Is Time?
The dictionary defines time as “a nonspatial continuum in which events occur in apparently irreversible succession from the past through the present to the future.”
Hmmm? Apparently irreversible succession? Perhaps this means that we don’t really know with any absolute degree of certainty what time is. What’s the story about time in quantum physics? Well, it depends on whom we ask and which theory is percolating at the moment. Physicists are all over the place with respect to time.
Many theories attempt to build upon the limitations of previous theories. Bear in mind that all the theories are based on initially incomplete and possibly false premises. Perhaps none of the theories are ultimately accurate. Maybe they are all just close approximations. It’s a bit like the time on our wristwatches. If we all watched them together, we would discover that they are not totally synchronized, and some are more accurate than others. As they say, even the broken watches are correct twice a day! Nonetheless, a general idea of what time might be helps us organize our awareness and track our experiences. Physics is the same way in terms of pointing a hand in the right direction.
Time as We Perceive It
Typically, we experience time as linear and unidirectional. We notice our lives through a series of experiences that are marked in our awareness by a seemingly forward progression of time. What apparently happened yesterday is considered the past. What may happen tomorrow is considered the future, and what appears to be happening now is considered the present moment. We have been led to believe that we cannot change the past because it is already gone, and some think we cannot impact the future because it is not yet here. Supposedly, all we can truly do is to live in the moment. Live in the now. Interesting enough, by the time we observe the present moment, it is the past and we are already in the future. However, we miss the future as the current now because we are busy noticing the past, which used to be the present. When we really consider time, it’s a fascinating quandary.
To better understand the nature of time, we could explore various theories of quantum physics. Many theories seem contradictory or involve so much math that they are unintelligible even to some physicists. Overall, the consensus about the true nature of time, at this time, is that we do not fully know or understand it. There is a general premise that the arrow of time only moves forward.
Regarding this premise, physicist A. Z. Jones has noted that:
while this is certainly true, the curious thing is that the laws of physics are time reversible, which is to say that the laws themselves look as if they would work perfectly well if the universe played out in reverse. From a physics standpoint, there’s no real reason why the arrow of time should by necessity be moving forward. [1]
A very applicable piece of information is the transactional interpretation of quantum mechanics (TIQM), proposed in 1986 by John G. Cramer at the University of Washington, which explores quantum interactions of time as follows: There is a standing wave that travels forward in time, referred to as a retarded wave, and also a standing wave that travels backward in time, referred to as an advanced wave. Where the waves intersect, a cancellation occurs, creating the present moment. Cramer claimed that there was no observer effect or collapse of the wave function, at all, but rather that time is an ongoing flow of intersecting standing waves. This work implies that time is bidirectional, not unidirectional. Cramer also did some pilot research with photons, demonstrating that photons could travel backward and forward in time. [2] Remember, we are made of photons!
Further research into the holographic universe theory provided even more puzzling pieces to the mystery of time. American author Michael Talbot elaborates on theoretical physicist David Bohm’s theory of time in The Holographic Universe:
In a holographic universe, even time and space could no longer be viewed as fundamentals. Because concepts such as location break down in a universe in which nothing is truly separate from anything else, time and three-dimensional space would also have to be viewed as projections of this deeper order. At its deeper level reality is a sort of superhologram in which the past, present, and future all exist simultaneously. This suggests that given the proper tools it might even be possible to someday reach into the superholographic level of reality and pluck out scenes from the long-forgotten past. [3]
David Bohm is not the only researcher who found evidence that the universe is a hologram. Working independently in the field of brain research, Stanford neurophysiologist Karl Pribram also explored holographic theory relative to the mind. He concluded that memories are not stored in the mind. Rather, they are stored in a hologram.
Expanding upon principles of holographic resonance, combined with some compelling principles in quantum physics to enhance practical application, consider the possibility that every experience we have had is encoded holographically in our personal fields via intersecting standing waves that form nodal points.
What Is a Nodal Point?
A nodal point is a standing wave pattern. What is a standing wave pattern? Why is it standing, and whom is it waving at?
According to physicists:
…the wave pattern associated with the natural frequencies of an object is characterized by points that appear to be standing still. For this reason, the pattern is often called a “standing wave pattern.” The points in the pattern that are standing still are referred to as nodal points or nodal positions. These positions occur as the result of the destructive interference of incident and reflected waves. [4]
The body, as a hologram, has access to these nodal points at all times, whether the mind is conscious of them or not.
Simply speaking, if time were linear and mapped like a road, then nodal points of experience would be represented by the equivalent of speed bumps. Every nodal point has an address in the hologram. Encoded in each nodal point is information specific to an experience. It is not a memory per se. It is information locked in a specific configuration of consciousness expressed as a holographic nodal point. The nodal point itself may have a charge, but the encoded information is neutral.
Our continual resonance with information locked in nodal points that were encoded in the past keeps us seemingly stuck in perpetuating a pattern in the present. In other words, this may be why stuff doesn’t seem to change. Consider that almost all of our problems or patterns were not created right now. To change a pattern from the past in the now, we can leverage Time Travel to access the nodal point that is storing the information that we want to address, and open, and then release to reconfigure consciousness potential.
As a result, any experience encoded in the past can be resonantly imprinted for a different potentiality and can transform into something different. It is not only that our perception around any given experience may change, but also that we may find that we no longer even resonate with the experience. Sometimes, it is as though it didn’t even happen, at all.
Remember, change the resonance of the encoded information, and you can change the experience.
While it may seem somewhat nonsensical to our logical minds, playing with Time Travel is one of the most powerful ways to change our experience in the now, because most of the perceived now is a result of past resonance. Just because our logical, linear minds consider this a nonsensical notion, does not mean it is not true or possible. That it does not make sense may be because time, as we have come to know it, is geared toward linearity and forward direction. Our linear minds have been entrained to perceive the concept of time, through our awareness, as moving only in one direction.
Our rational minds, as logical linear processors, can observe only limited, successive sequences of events. Time is how consciousness keeps track of its movement. Similarly, if we wish to organize how a series of events might have happened or may happen, we leverage time as a marker for our awareness. For instance, each time something happens, the event creates a holographic nodal point in our personal field.
It occurs to me that time being nonlinear makes total sense to the intuitive brain, which is a parallel processor. The field of the heart also knows that linear time is merely one way that consciousness may observe itself as a construct that appears to travel from one moment to another. However, the dance of time is more accurately concentric or torsion-like in nature, and not actually linear, at all. The eternal now is forever in a tango with all possibilities simultaneously.
Time as Torsion and Torsion-Field Physics
Time is more closely an approximation of ongoing enfoldment and an expression of torsion fields. Consciousness is spinning. Perhaps this is how our individual awareness engages with torsion fields to create our perpetual experiences of time.
In 1913, Dr. Eli Cartan was the first to demonstrate clearly that the flow of space and time in Einstein’s general theory of relativity not only curves, but also possesses a spinning or spiraling movement within itself, which is known as torsion. [5] It is generally accepted that the space surrounding the Earth, and perhaps the entire galaxy, has what is called right-handed spin, which simply means that energy is influenced to spin clockwise as it travels through a physical vacuum. This torsion research was expanded by the work of Kozyrev in Russia. Using rotation and vibration in laboratory experiments, systematic research was able to demonstrate that torsion fields influence the flow of time. [6]
Now, let’s bring it back to ourselves. How does understanding that time is torsion affect us?
Heart Field as a Vehicle for Time Travel
The field of the heart is a torsion field. When we drop into the center of the field of the heart, we access the part of us that is limitless, distinctionless, and also timeless.
In my experience, the vortex of the field of the heart exists outside the continuum of space-time. It is a hyperdimensional, time-travel device, allowing access to all information, all-inclusively, and simultaneously. It also occurs to me that, as awareness moves distally from the vortex toward the outer rings of the torsion fields, we become more subject to linear space-time and the persistent, albeit illusory, law of cause and effect.
When we are in the field of the heart, we are in the flow and void of resistance. We are in a space of grace, where anything can happen, and where nothing takes time because everything is available to us instantly through the eternal-now. Consider the experience of being totally engaged in a creative process or immersed in an endeavor that enraptures your awareness so much that you lose all track of time. In terms of perceived linear time, hours may go by, and yet it feels like only a minute has passed. Or consider the experience of meeting someone for the first time and connecting so totally heart-to-heart that it feels like you have known them for years, or all your life, or even forever, when in fact, in linear time, you have known them for only a few moments.
Torsion Fields as Containers for Information
Every experience we have ever had is encoded in nodal points. These nodal points are, essentially, torsion fields of information. The individual torsion fields of experience are contained holographically within our personal fields and remain forever connected to the unified torsion field of the heart. Re-encoding prior experiences holographically via torsion fields of information is accessible to all of us who choose to playfully leverage the construct of Time Travel. While our minds access the information along the continuum of linear time, our hearts can follow these interconnected holographic torsion fields at all times.
Practical Play: Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime
Dropping down into the field of the heart, while also availing ourselves of linear time so that our minds can follow along in a familiar way, gives us access to various torsion fields of information that are encoded as nodal points of experience in our individual fields. These nodal points of experience are often in resonance with, and powered by, much larger morphic fields.
Through the act of observation, which entangles the observer with the observed, we are able to release nodal points of information encoded therein and return them back to pure potential to await further recognition as something different. Time Travel is an awesome way to change our resonance with past experiences or even establish resonance with a future potential to expedite the manifestation process.
While engaging in Time Travel may feel linear, initially, it is not linear, at all. The act of counting to observe time is not what creates a transformation. The change or transformation occurs as we identify the nodal point or torsion field of encoded information, while the act of counting is a construct for knowing where we are as we navigate through the field of consciousness potential.
Play is a key to Time Travel. Time Travel is not about being right or fixing stuff; rather, it is simply about dropping down into the field of the heart and being curious.
Anyone, anywhere, anytime…
Drop down: Drop down into the field of the heart.
Place intent: You can begin with the Two Point. Choose any two points on or off the body that get your attention. The points can be meaningless and appear random, or you can choose a point in awareness that represent a pattern you are experiencing and a point that represents the desired change.
Zero point: Following the two-point connection, think or state out loud your present age or the present age of the person you are playing with. This establishes a zero-point reference for time. It is akin to Dorothy clicking her heels three times and saying, “There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home,” and finding herself home. Home is where the heart is, and stating your present age while dropping into the heart is a useful reference point from which to begin navigating through the limitless playground of consciousness potential.
Count back: Beginning with the present age you stated, count backwards in increments of one to five years until you sense, perceive, notice, or feel a shift, either in yourself or with the person you have selected to play with.
Let go: Let go of attachment to what the change is supposed to be and to any assumptions around it.
Notice: Notice what is different instead of noticing what is the same. Anything you notice is useful. Change is change is change.
The U.S. government has had Tesla-based quantum access time travel technology for over 40 years. Time travel technology has been weaponised with its principal impacts to date being for the sequestration in time loops of secret military installations, such as U.S. secret bases on Mars, political control of the human population, political surveillance, and attempted imposition of a catastrophic timeline on humanity by withholding or manipulating information about future events.
Confirmation of U.S.’ use of Tesla-based time travel technology
Two independent whistleblowers from the U.S. national security state have come forward with congruent, sophisticated, and extensive insider accounts of their experiences with Tesla-based time travel technology developed by the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mars colony eyewitness Michael Relfe is a whistleblower and a former member of the U.S. armed forces who, in 1976, was recruited as a permanent member of the secret Mars colony. In 1976 (Earth time), he teleported to the Mars colony and spent 20 years as a permanent member of its staff. In 1996 (Mars time), Mr Relfe was time-travelled via teleportation and age-regressed 20 years, landing back at a U.S. military base in 1976 (Earth time). He then served six years in the U.S. military on Earth before being honorably discharged in 1982.
In a two-volume book, The Mars Records, authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe, B.Sc., Mr Relfe describes the two types of individuals at the secret Mars colony:
“To clarify: Remember there are two kinds of people that I remember.
1. People visiting Mars temporarily (politicians, etc.) – They travel to and from Mars by jump gate. They visit for a few weeks and return. They are not time traveled back. They are VIP’s. They are OFF LIMITS!!
2. Permanent staff – They spend 20 years’ duty cycle. At the end of their duty cycle, they are age reversed and time shot back to their space-time origin point. They are sent back with memories blocked. They are sent back to complete their destiny on Earth.” (Vol. 2, p. 204)
Four independent whistleblower witnesses, including Michael Relfe, have confirmed the existence of one or more U.S. secret bases on Mars, as forward strategic military bases for occupation or defense of the solar system. These whistleblower witnesses include, besides Michael Relfe, former U.S. Army Command Sgt. Major Robert Dean, former participant in DARPA’s Project Pegasus Andrew D. Basiago and former U.S. Department of Defense scientist Arthur Neumann.
Andrew D. Basiago is a former participant in DARPA Project Pegasus (1968-72) that developed Tesla-based quantum teleportation and time travel in the time space hologram, initiating the U.S. program of time-space Chrononauts.
According to Mr. Basiago, the U.S. government already had a fully operational teleportation capability in 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was actively training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.
This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt. Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA. The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny pertaining to publicly establishing the fact that Mars is an inhabited planet and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience its conditions first-hand.
Mr. Basiago’s involvement in advanced U.S. time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a career CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with U.S. military and intelligence agencies, and by U.S. Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in U.S. intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to Project Pegasus.
Remote sensing in the time-space continuum
Mr Basiago has revealed that between 1969 and 1972, as a child participant in Project Pegasus, he both viewed past and future events through a device known as a “chronovisor” and teleported back and forth across the country in vortal tunnels opened in time-space via Tesla-based teleporters located at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, NJ and the Sandia National Laboratory in Sandia, NM.
A chronovisor is a device that uses a screen or holographic template to locate and display scenes from the past or future in the time-space hologram. The chronovisor was originally developed by two Vatican scientists in conjunction with Enrico Fermi and later refined by DARPA scientists.
DARPA had, he explains, five reasons for involving American schoolchildren in such new, dangerous, and experimental activities:
First, the Department of Defense wanted to test the mental and physical effects of teleportation on children.
Second, Project Pegasus needed to use children because the holograms created by the chronovisors would collapse when adults stood within them.
Third, the children were tabula rasa (of the mind that has not yet gained impressions of experience) and would tend to see things during the time probes that adults would tend to miss.
Fourth, the children were trainees who upon growing up would serve in a covert time-space program under DARPA that would operate in tandem with the overt space program under NASA.
Lastly, the program sponsors found that after moving between time lines, adult time travelers were often becoming insane, and it was hoped that by working with gifted and talented children from childhood, the U.S. government might create an adult cadre of “chrononauts” capable of dealing with the psychological effects of time travel.
In contrast to the chronovisor probes, in which a form of virtual time travel was achieved, the teleporters developed by Project Pegasus allowed for physical teleportation to distant locations, sometimes with an adjustment forward or backward in time of days, weeks, months, or years. According to Mr Basiago, by 1972, the U.S. government was using “quantum displacement” of this kind to both send people forward several years in time to store sensitive military secrets in the future and backward several years in time to provide the government with intelligence about future events.
The weaponization of time travel
DARPA’s Project Pegasus (1968-73) under which the U.S. government program of quantum access Tesla-based teleportation and time travel was developed was historically under the control of then-U.S. President Richard M. Nixon’s cabinet member Donald H. Rumsfeld. According to Mr Basiago’s whistleblower testimony, Donald H. Rumsfeld, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defense on September 11, 2001, was the defense attaché to Project Pegasus during the early 1970’s, when Mr. Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counselor to President Nixon and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilization.
Mr. Rumsfeld approached his Project Pegasus responsibilities with the intent to weaponize teleportation and time travel to the U.S. government’s advantage. He has been quoted as stating in Project Pegasus meetings at the time that the chief mission of teleportation was to deliver troops to the appropriate place in the battlefield.
Sequestration of secret U.S. military bases
It is clear from Michael Relfe’s two books on his 20 years at the secret U.S. base on Mars that U.S. time travel was principally used to the hide the presence of U.S. secret military installations on Mars from the public so that the installations remained accessible only to time scientists of the U.S. D.O.D.
Mr. Relfe was recruited into the U.S. armed forces and time travel/teleported to Mars in 1976. Only individuals with access to secret time science records or technology of the U.S. Department of Defense could prove the existence of the U.S. secret Mars base from Michael Relfe’s conventional U.S. service records.
Time travel pre-identification and secret training of U.S. Presidents
On a November 11, 2009 Coast to Coast AM radio program, Mr. Basiago publicly stated that DARPA’S Project Pegasus program involving time travel was identifying future persons of interest, including those who would serve as U.S. president, and then informing such persons of their destinies. Mr. Basiago stated that in the early 1970s, in the company of his late father, Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who worked on classified aerospace projects was present at a lunch in Albuquerque, New Mexico at which (then) future U.S. Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush were guests shortly after they were informed that both would one day serve as President.
He also stated that in the early 1970s, the DARPA program, Project Pegasus, had identified future Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton utilizing time travel technology. Mr. Basiago met (then) future President Barack Obama in Los Angeles, CA in 1982 while attending UCLA. Mr. Obama, then a student at Columbia University, was visiting former classmates at Occidental College in Los Angeles. A statement was made by the ally of Mr. Obama in the anti-apartheid movement which revealed that Mr. Obama, then age 20, already knew that he would one day be the President.
Project Pegasus time travel was also used for political surveillance of future societal change agents
Mr. Basiago revealed that the reason Project Pegasus was able to identify Mr. Carter, who was the then Governor of George, in 1971, as a future U.S. President, is that the program was in possession of a copy my book, Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe that I would not write until 1999 and would not be published as a library book until 2005, but which bears a quote on its front pages of a statement made by President Jimmy Carter.
According to him, my book Exopolitics was, among other written works, physically retrieved from the future by Project Pegasus and brought back in time to 1971 or a prior time. At that time, 1971, I was General Counsel of the New York City Environmental Protection Administration and had been placed under time travel surveillance by the U.S. government.
Mr. Basiago has also stated that Project Pegasus identified Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, the great granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, as a his future ally.
Thus, there is historical precedent for the covert political surveillance, via remote sensing in time, of a person of interest like Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Time travel and 9/11
Mr. Basiago has publicly stated how in 1971 he viewed moving images of the attack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 that had been obtained from the future and brought back to the early 1970’s.
He has described how while serving in Project Pegasus, he viewed moving images of 9/11 at the secured U.S. defense-technical facility where they were processed after being retrieved from the future (at the Aerojet Corporation facility that once stood at the corner of Bullock Avenue and Leroy Place in Socorro, New Mexico).
In all likelihood, Mr. Rumsfeld, as the defense attaché to Project Pegasus, would have known about and possibly had control over the data about 9/11 derived via “quantum access” and brought it back to the early 1970’s for analysis by the DARPA research and development program under his administrative authority.
Mr. Basiago’s eyewitness account that Secretary Rumsfeld and others knew about 9/11 decades in advance because data about it was gathered via DARPA’s secret time travel program unlocks several of the more enigmatic facts in the 9/11 literature and may be the key to society’s unraveling of the ultimate accountability for the false flag operation that took place on September 11, 2001.
Time travel and natural catastrophe
A chronovisor probe in the early 1970s by DARPA’s Project Pegasus chose an archetypal target in Washington, DC. Project Pegasus chose to view the U.S. Supreme Court building in 2013 via chronovisor and Project Pegasus participant and Mr. Basiago “found that the Supreme Court building was under 100 feet of stagnant water”.
A Farsight Institute remote viewing study of natural catastrophe targeted the archetypal target right across from the U.S. Supreme Court Building—the U.S. Capitol building—in 2013. In all, 39% of the remote viewer reports viewed the U.S. Capitol in ruins alongside deep water.
Mr. Basiago has also stated that “that because the chronovisors did not identify absolute, deterministic futures but rather alternate futures in the “multi-verse,” this catastrophic vision of Washington, DC might be from an alternative time line that does not materialize on our time line.”
Results showed that 29% of Farsight remote viewers targeting the U.S. Capitol in 2013 did not see a Washington, DC devastated by natural catastrophe.
Here, then, we have the 2012-13 catastrophic and 2012-13 non-catastrophic futures side by side. DARPA’s Project Pegasus chronovisor technology for probing future events in the time-space hologram was state-of-the-art in the early 1970s. Project Pegasus itself was under the policy oversight of Donald H. Rumsfeld as a Nixon cabinet member. It may have been that Presidential-level decisions were made in the early 1970s to commence underground shelter preparations, on the basis of Project Pegasus and other time-travel intelligence about the 2012-13 catastrophic timeline.
It is reasonable to speculate whether the U.S. and other governments and elites may have made a fundamental miscalculation and wrong conclusion in assuming that a 2012-13 cataclysmic timeline will be the actual future, when in fact it was an alternative future that would not materialize as the actual deterministic future in 2012-13.
It is also reasonable to speculate that the governments and political and financial elites have made a colossal moral error in creating safe underground bases for themselves, while making plans to leave an unwitting humanity on the surface to be ‘depopulated’ by a combination of giant solar flares, meteors from space, and a Mad Max scenario playing out—all of which is a future that does not materialize.
In a July 7, 2010 presentation, Dr. Courtney Brown of the Farsight Institute stated there are anomalies that suggest the U.S. government and elites are heavily invested in covertly preparing for the 2012-13 catastrophic timeline, while keeping the bulk of the human population in the dark.
These anomalies, such as rapid expansion of deep underground military bases to accommodate all U.S. government, military and police forces, and political and financial elites, suggest that they have accepted that the 2012-13 catastrophic future is the most probable future, and are feverishly completing underground facilities on Earth (as well as secret bases on Mars).
Societal impact of chronovision and teleportation
Basiago’s Pegasus revelations establish that a secret, advanced U.S. time-space program emerged 40 years ago. For four decades, this program has used esoteric technologies involving chronovision and teleportation to perform “remote sensing in time” of past and future events. For the past three decades, teleportation has also been used to send individuals from Earth to strategic U.S. bases on Mars. He is adamant that these technologies be revealed so that their positive and negative aspects can be debated and their positive aspects used to the advantage of humanity.
Chronovision, he said, could be used to create an international network of virtual museums in which images from the past would be shown to enlighten and educate the public. Misapplied, such technology could also be used to create a Fascist society based on 24-hour surveillance of individuals by government, which may have been portended by the DARPA project called “Total Information Awareness” that President George W. Bush established and placed under Admiral John Poindexter.
Teleportation is a second quantum access technology developed with public funds that the public is being denied the full benefits of. Teleportation could be used, Basiago said, to move people and goods more quickly and efficiently around the globe, without the pollution caused by planes, trains, and automobiles or the negative land use effects from airports, railroad tracks, and highways. Yet, if it is not declassified, teleportation will remain what it has been for 40 years, that is, a weapon for use only by the U.S. military, to have the option to put troops precisely where they are needed on battlefields.
“I take my responsibilities as a planetary whistleblower very seriously,” Basiago said.
“This is a truth campaign for positive human development on this planet. The people of this planet have a right to a true telling of the natural history of the solar system that we inhabit. This includes the truth that Mars is an inhabited planet and also that the United States’ secret space program has already sent individuals from this planet to the Red Planet. If we are to achieve a sustainable human future on this planet, we must demand that the US government reveal the teleportation that has been used to reach Mars so that it can now be used to revolutionize human transport on Earth. The people of this planet have a right to inhabit a future global society in which all human beings enjoy the life-advantaging benefits of all of the technologies that all of human ingenuity has ever produced. In both of these cases, whether a treaty protecting Mars or a global network of teleports results, the truth shall set us free.”

Searching for Time Travelers, Scientists Look to Social Media

Time travelers, if they exist amongst us, have yet to betray their period-hopping ways online, according to a fun, new study aimed at finding visitors from another time, based on their digital footprints.
Theoretically, the idea of time travel forward in time should be possible according to Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity. In fact, scientists have already sent teensy particles called muons forward in time. But sending a large object, such as an entire person, into the future remains in the echelons of science fiction, for now.
Even so, over a summer poker game, Robert Nemiroff, an astrophysicist at Michigan Technological University in Houghton, sparked an amusing discussion with his students by asking: If time travelers were living in our midst, would they leave traces of their presence online?
The researchers chose two recent events — the March 2013 election of Pope Francis to lead the Catholic Church, and the sungrazing Comet ISON, which was first spotted in September 2012 — to search for premature online references to time travelers. Perhaps careless time travelers made mention of Pope Francis or Comet ISON on Twitter or Facebook before they were supposed to know about them, the researchers said.
“The Internet is essentially a vast database, and I thought that if time travelers were here, their existence would have already come out in some other way, maybe by posting winning lottery numbers before they were selected,” Nemiroff said in a statement.
Nemiroff and his students combed through results from search engines, such as Google and Bing, and social media sites, including Facebook and Twitter. Ultimately, their hunt came up empty.
“In our limited search we turned up nothing,” Nemiroff said in a statement. “I didn’t really think we would. But I’m still not aware of anyone undertaking a search like this.”
The researchers did find one blog post that mentioned a “Pope Francis” before Jorge Mario Bergoglio, then-Archbishop of Buenos Aires, was elected to lead the Catholic Church, but they think the reference was accidental, rather than a message from a time-traveling visitor.
Nemiroff and his students even created their own special blog post in September 2013 that asked potential time travelers to email or tweet “#ICanChangeThePast2” or “#ICannotChangeThePast2” a month earlier, on or before August 2013. But, they again found no signs of time travel.
Still, Nemiroff, whose research typically covers more serious topics such as gravitational lensing and gamma-ray bursts, said the study, while focused on a seemingly far-out concept, was an enjoyable undertaking.
“I’m always doing stuff on space and time,” he said. “This has been a lot of fun.”
Nemiroff said the study was conducted during his students’ own time, and without the use of any grant funding. The researchers presented their findings (or lack thereof) during a poster session Monday (Jan. 6) at the 223rd meeting of the American Astronomical Society in Washington, D.C.

There are places where time and space are naturally bent. An example is the strange Lordsburg Door, located near Lordsburg, New Mexico. Periodically, as the door opens, a tree stump with a human leg embedded in it is seen near mile marker 17 out on US highway 90.
There is some evidence that these fluxes in space and time can be artificially induced. This appears to have been the case with the USS Eldritch, which took part in the Philadelphia Experiment on August 15, 1943.
The brilliant inventor Nicola Tesla and the theoretician Albert Einstein are both reported to have been involved in this experiment. The object was to render the ship invisible by wrapping the hull in inch-thick cable though which a high-frequency signal from an elaborate system of generators and Tesla coils was induced.
The results were disastrous. When activated, the ship generated a green fog and disappeared from Philadelphia, reappearing in Norfolk Harbor 24 hours later. Many of the crew ended up embedded in the walls of the ship. Others became insane. Some were mercifully dispatched with a pistol shot to the head. Here is a written account from one of the few survivors of the 176 man crew.
Tesla was a genius of such magnitude that some doubt that he was actually human. Many of Tesla’s inventions, like the “free energy receiver” and the long-range “death ray” may have been suppressed to prevent the collapse of the electrical utility, coal and oil industries or for reasons of National Security.
Tesla also attempted an experiment to use the core of the Earth like a “tuning fork” to conduct “free” electricity. In the process, he melted the town generator of Colorado Springs. At exactly the same time, an unexplained explosion in Siberia of about 15 megatons leveled hundreds of square miles of pine forests. This explosion is often dismissed as a comet or meteor impact.
After his death in New York City, Tesla’s files and notes on death rays and other matters were confiscated by the FBI. Some of the FBI files on Tesla were published on the Internet under the Freedom of information act, but these have since been removed.
It’s easy to sensationalize this strange American immigrant. He fell in love with a white female pigeon with violet eyes. He said he saw rays of light emanating from her eyes. He insisted on exactly 17 folded linen napkins with every meal. He constructed a tower in New Jersey to communicate with aliens. However his fame rests on rock solid accomplishments: the invention of alternating current, AC motors, the first radio transmitter and receiver (two years before Marconi) and the first to harness the power of falling water to generate electricity (at Niagara Falls).
Dr. William Braud is one of a variety of scientists who have performed rigorous, laboratory-controlled studies proving that mind-to-mind communication is very real, and repeatable in a science lab. Participants were able to induce measurable changes in the electrical conductivity of another person’s skin at a distance without their conscious awareness.
Many of these experiments were done in rooms shielded from all electromagnetic signals — proving this phenomenon cannot be explained by any known energy waves in the conventional spectrum.
By 1929, over 148 different cases of “multiples” had been documented in science — where multiple scientists independently make the same breakthroughs at the same time. This included calculus, the theory of evolution, color photography, thermometers, telescopes, typewriters and steamboats.
There is wonderful, abundant proof that “extrasensory perception” is a natural gift we all possess — but these groundbreaking studies have received very little publicity. Could the basic energy of the Cosmos be conscious in some way?
Is DNA an energy wave that assembles life?
In 2011, Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier demonstrated “DNA teleportation,” where ordinary water molecules in a sealed test tube assembled into DNA. A tube with ordinary water was placed next to another tube that had water with trace amounts of DNA in it. Both tubes were electrified with a weak 7Hz current. Some of the hydrogen and oxygen molecules in the tube with pure, sterile water transformed into DNA — by a process still unknown to Western science.
Sir Edmund Hoyle, the co-discoverer of the DNA molecule, and Chandra Wickramasinghe noticed that 99 percent of all the dust in the galaxy had peculiar optical properties. The only material that could create these effects in the laboratory was freeze-dried bacteria.In 1980, Sir Hoyle said, “I suspect that the cosmic quality of microbiology will seem as obvious to future generations as the Sun being the centre of or our solar system seems obvious to the present generation.”
Can DNA be energetically transformed from one species to another?
The agricultural corporation Ciba-Geigy discovered they could transform existing plant seeds into extinct varieties — simply by zapping them with a weak electrostatic current. This generated stronger and faster-growing wheat, extinct fern species and tulips with thorns.
Italian scientist Pier Luigi Ighina energetically transformed a living apricot tree into an apple tree, actually causing the fruits on the branches to metamorphosize in 16 days. He also zapped a rat with DNA-wave information from a cat, causing the rat to grow a cat-like tail in four days.
Korean scientist Dr. Dzang Kangeng got patent #N1828665 for a device that used microwaves to transfer the DNA-wave information of a duck into a pregnant mother hen. Roughly 80 percent of her eggs hatched as half-duck, half-chicken hybrids.
Dr. Peter Gariaev zapped salamander eggs with a low-level laser and redirected the beam into frog eggs. The frog eggs experienced a complete metamorphosis, and grew into healthy adult salamanders.
Is there intelligent human life throughout the galaxy?
Human life could be a galactic or even universal template — potentially appearing on every habitable, watery planet in the galaxy thanks to the quantum properties of DNA.
The majority of ancient cultures, worldwide, reported interactions with human-looking “gods” or “angels” that gave them powerful assistance — including agriculture, animal husbandry, spoken and written language, construction techniques, mathematics and science, as well as spiritual teachings of morality, ethics and becoming a more loving person.
Highly unusual human skulls have been found around the world, including a series discovered in Boskop, South Africa whose brain capacity is twice that of normal humans — with large heads and small, childlike faces. They were given highly honorable burials — as Discover Magazine revealed in 2009. Bizarre elongated skulls have also been discovered in Peru, Bolivia, Russia and elsewhere- – closely matching the appearance of early Egyptian pharaohs — and some of them are still on display in museums.
Is evolution being driven by waves of energy in the galaxy?
Drs. David Raup and James Sepkoski discovered a 26-million-year cycle in the evolution of life on Earth after creating the most exhaustive fossil catalog ever assembled. Fearing embarrassment, they worked harder to try to eliminate the pattern — but it only became stronger and clearer as they did more research.
Recently, Drs. Robert Muller and Robert Rohde discovered a 62-million-year cycle within the same data, going back to the dawn of complex fossil life on Earth. These cyclical events may be triggered by galactic energy waves.
Dr. William Tifft discovered concentric bands of microwave energies within galaxies that slowly expand away from their centers. Dr. Harold Aspden’s unique physics equations suggest these separate, distinct microwave regions may possess different properties on a quantum level.
Life appears to be a natural law — an “emergent phenomenon” within quantum mechanics that appears wherever and however it can, and is periodically reprogrammed by energetic forces that can be reproduced in a laboratory.
Are there vortex points and energy lines on earth?
In the early 1900s, Sir Alfred Watkins discovered that many different sacred sites in England, from the Stone Age right through to modern abbeys and cathedrals, were built upon straight paths he called “ley lines.”
Ivan T. Sanderson rigorously charted where all the ships and planes were disappearing on Earth, and found ten different “vortex points” – -including the Bermuda Triangle. Strangely, these points were equidistant — and by adding the north and south poles as well, Russian scientists then found the points assembled into a geometric pattern. NASA / NOAA scientists Drs. Hanshou Liu and Athelstan Spilhaus independently discovered this same geometric pattern in the structure of undersea volcanic ridges and mountain ranges worldwide.
Goncharov, Morozov and Makarov did a massive, worldwide survey of ancient sites – compiling some 3,300 different locations in total, including Watkins’ sites — and found that every single one of them was built on this Grid. But why?
Why were the pyramids built?
The Great Pyramid was originally covered with mirror-polished white limestone, causing it to look like a perfect, gleaming marble sculpture — and Col. Howard-Vyse discovered surviving casing stones in the 1800s. There are many unsolved mysteries regarding the extreme precision of the GP’s construction — which vastly exceeds the technical capabilities of today.
Pyramids appear all over the Earth – about 130 in Egypt, roughly 300 in Mesoamerica, over 100 in the Xian province of China, at least one strong contender in Bosnia, and 1776 cone-shaped pyramid mounds on the tiny island of Bohol in the Philippines — among others.
Russian scientist Dr. Alexander Golod began building pyramids out of PVC pipes and fiberglass sheets in 1990. Stunning experiments were conducted in them by mainstream Russian scientific institutions, showing profound healing effects on biological life as well as the earth’s climate — but they could not find any academic journal that would publish their results.
Can we dematerialize and teleport physical matter?
Einstein proposed that as an object approaches light speed, it gets more and more massive – ultimately reaching infinite mass. Dr. Vladimir Ginzburg discovered that this same Einstein equation could be inverted — turned upside-down — causing an object to lose mass and dematerialize as it reaches the speed of light. No other laws of physics are violated by inverting this equation.
Protons, neutrons, electrons, atoms and clusters of atoms have all been observed to pop into a “wave” state, losing any solid identity as particles. This may be happening every time their internal quantum movement slightly exceeds the speed of light — which is not currently believed possible.
Russian scientist Dr. Nikolai Kozyrev discovered that by simply dropping a solid object on a hard floor, its weight decreased for about 20 minutes. Ancient stonemasons may have been able to energize stone so it can lift easily — and be soft enough to mold like moist clay.
Is time travel really possible?
The Wheeler-DeWitt equation reveals that quantum physics does not require time to be linear – in fact it cannot be linear in the absolute sense. Einstein proved that as we move through space,
we also move through time — meaning that by accelerating to near-light speed, we could move through hundreds of Earth years in just a few minutes. Physicist Dewey Larson was able to unify quantum mechanics and astrophysics by postulating a “Time Region”, or time-space — a parallel reality in which time as we know it becomes three-dimensional. By simply moving through space in this parallel reality, we actually travel in time.
When you speed up an atom so its internal movement is faster than the speed of light, it may be moving into time-space. If it then moves to a new location in the parallel reality before returning, it will not only have teleported — it will have traveled through time.
Is the pineal gland a working third eye- and psychic center?
Human beings may be a Galactic design – and once we reach a certain level of evolution, we may be able to “walk between worlds” and exist in our own “local” reality as well as the parallel reality of time-space. This would make it possible to achieve feats such as teleportation and time travel without any technology.
The key to these fantastic abilities may be the pineal gland. Many ancient traditions incorporated pineal-gland-shaped symbols, and some mystery school teachings said this was the center of all psychic perception. Modern science reveals the pineal gland is lined with retina-like tissue on the inside that is then wired into the brain by a “phototransduction cascade” — just like the two conventional eyes in the body.
Floating crystals inside the pineal gland may be picking up and releasing photons from time-space, causing the person to see fleeting visions normally written off as daydreaming or imagination.
The looking glass- a reverse-engineering of the pineal gland?
Several different people who claim to have been employed by government defense contractors, and proved their bonafides, have independently stated that Project Looking Glass is essentially a reverse-engineered pineal gland, but on a much larger scale.
Three rings rotate around a barrel of water — shielding it off from conventional electromagnetic signals. Photons begin coming through the water, showing images from wherever the person operating the device is imagining themselves to be – not only in space but in time.
Such a device could give an incredible advantage in steering elections, financial markets and potential future events. Most interestingly, those who have used the Looking Glass device to allegedly see into the future have reported that nothing is visible at the end of the year 2012 — the images merge into white light. Anything viewed after this “time nexus” seems to be the product of the imagination of the viewer and little else.
Golden Age prophesies
According to prominent historians Santillana and von Dechend, dozens of different ancient mythologies, worldwide, were ‘encoded’ with information about a 25,920-year cycle in the Earth’s axis — likely by the ancient human ‘Gods’ who visited them. The analogy of a mill for grinding grain was often used, apparently to symbolize the Earth’s axis. In many myths the axis of the mill breaks, causing major earth changes — but a Golden Age results.
Western religious beliefs of an apocalypse can all be traced back to far more ancient texts that inspired them. Historians Boyce and Grenet argue that the purest surviving remnants of these texts are the Zoroastrian scriptures. These texts say Earth will not be destroyed as we move through this process.
Evil is gradually worn down and defeated by the efforts of the just, and time itself will change in a fundamental way — creating Fraso-Kererti, the dawning of the Golden Age.

Symbols, paintings and written text, placed prominently on American currency and in the US Capitol, clearly predict that the ancient human ‘Gods’ return at the end of the 25,920-year cycle.
