Just as the stream of Spirit moves us along in our lives, so to music flows in improvisation. Here is a glimpse of a recent early autumn afternoon musical encounter. As the vielle, or medieval fiddle provides the watery waves, I am able to lay my voice on top, floating along and creating unusual harmonies. Relax, close your eyes, and let yourself be carried away upon the stream of sound.
Norma was joined in this song by Paula Kibildis, playing a medieval fiddle. Paula is a professional musician who is exploring music and healing. She plays with the Renaissance violin band Exquisite Noyse and is based on Cologne Germany.
Opening Psychic Potential Within Your Body: A channeling from Norma Gentile blended with Shesat

Improving our psychic ability is not about learning to manipulate energies around us, so much as recognizing that we are already manipulating energy. In Western culture we have been taught that thinking is the ultimate way to control our lives. If we think hard enough we will solve the problem or manifest a result. Our minds are on overload trying to do it all by themselves!
The other partners in creation, our heartfelt emotions, our body’s embrace of the physical pattern of form, and our soul’s expression of love through us, have been left untapped. What would happen if we allowed the mind to be occupied with something long enough that these other aspects of our creative and psychic abilities could step forward?
Our mind has been trying to organize our lives and tell us what to do and when to do it for our entire lifetime. We can congratulate it on a job well done! Now we want to listen to our body, our emotions and our soul. We have reached the point in our evolutionary journey where our brain, the mass of cells that make up the physical aspect of our mind, can become the translator of the impulses of energy arising from our body, heart and soul. These other aspects of our being are constantly sharing their experiences with us. We need only quiet the process of thinking we are accustomed to in order to hear their wisdom.
This wisdom speaks to us as pictures, such as memories, images or symbols arising out of meditation. Sometimes our body speaks to us psychically as sudden twinges of discomfort or itchy skin or odd sensations. These are merely physical interpretations of energies that no longer vibrate in the same manner as our physical body.
Kinesthetic sensations such as a smooth easy breath or feeling stillness inside of our body are ways that our mind translates the energies that are in tune with each of us. The mind is not creating into the world of form, making something manifest externally, but rather into the world inside of our body. From there all facets of who we are support manifestation into our life.
As the world external to us is shifting and changing so dramatically, the one constant we have is our physical body. The intelligence wired into our physical form is the one constant that has connections to all the possibilities, potentialities and plans that our soul might choose for us.
The brain is but a tiny portion of our physical form. Information is brought to it from all of the nerves in our physical bodies. Within each layer of our aura we have equivalent nerves that bring us information. This information can only be heard and fully translated by engaging with the psychic abilities of our entire physical body.
In fact, each chakra brings us information at its own psychic level. Each cell of our body translates the energetic impulses of spirit for us so that we can feel, see, sense, taste and smell these spiritual energies. And the psychic ability that exists within each cell exists because that cell recognizes the divinity of each physical molecule of our body. We are not spiritual brains. We are indeed spiritual beings.

So often we are not sure of what to do or even how to figure out what to do. Here is a song, drawn through both Gordon and myself as an improvisation during a live concert. This song’s text calls upon Mary, an aspect of the Divine Feminine, for guidance to bring us clear vision so that we might know our next step. Having this clarity of sight, we are able to align ourselves with the wisdom of Sophia, another aspect of Divine Feminine.
Clarity of Vision is usually associated with the Third Eye or 6th chakra. Here it is the basis upon which inspiration takes place. Rather than creating only an ability to see, this song helps the listener move through into acting upon their vision.

Just like in meditation or cranial-sacral or energy healing, there is a point of stillness where there is no breath, no sense of the body and no sense of self or surroundings. This is a point of transformation. In this moment, which feels as if it could last forever but in all likelihood is but a fraction of a moment, there is no thought and no sense of time passing. Life suspends itself, and because you are in a state of actual suspended animation, all around you can change.
Or perhaps it is because you are deeply and exquisitely aware of yourselves and all that is around you that you choose differently, not with your minds, but with your soul and being. In any case, within these moments, which both the practitioner and client enter into, your life changes. You do not come out of this stillness with the same sensation of yourselves and your world.
Regardless of whether someone is in the receiving mode when entering into Still Point, or is functioning as the healer, the sense of self and world changes each time someone passes through this process of deep stillness.
Can you imagine, what will happen to your planet and our shared reality as all of humanity passes through an entire year of Still Point?
In order to take advantage of this incredible opportunity, you each have to be willing to let go of the amount of external doing and busy-ness that accompanies most of your lives. Being available to enter into Still Point means surrendering to the support that Spirit and Nature and all that surrounds you is already providing. Within this surrender is the opportunity to witness yourselves floating within the cosmic year of “time of no time”.
The experience of Still Point is ever deepening during this year. It is becoming and will continue to become more and more accessible to all in human form. And it is also more prominent within the consciousness of animals (who are supporting the human transitions in consciousness). Leave them be. Their meditations, even while sunbathing, serve all living consciousness.
With each entrance into your own vibration of Still Point, you may take advantage of the larger cosmic availability of this vibrational quality. And as you choose to enter into this deep stillness you also assist the quality of consciousness within this stillness to be more tangible to other people.
