Well Mercury has gone direct, and this is a good day for you to find your direction or your directions. Your direction has to do with where you are going while your directions have to do with how you are going to go about getting that done. This is a step-by-step kind of day so do not expect to make great leaps and bounds, but know that the little things you are accomplishing right now are assisting in the goals that you have set. If you get to a stumbling block or a fork in the road, take a moment to go within and listen to your intuition. Your guidance from the heart is clearer now than it has ever been. The real question is whether or not your resolve to respect, allow, and follow your guidance is equally strong.
On In5D, we published an article entitled, “Moving Into 5D, Hidden In Plain Sight,”where Hollywood hid an inspiring message in plain sight regarding humanity moving to its next stage of spiritual evolution. While some may simply call this science fiction, others see how Hollywood lays out events that are about to happen, masking them in under the guise of entertainment and debunking the possibilities of these events coming to fruition as the overactive imagination(s) of the viewer(s).
The following is an excerpt from the movie, “My Dinner With Andre” where once again, an important message is hidden in plain sight. Pay close attention to the part where Andre talks about the pockets of light appearing all around the world because this is happening right now as each person awakens.
And as each person awakens, it changes the outcome of probable timelines in parallel universes and alternate realities. Right now, we are playing out the greatest probability of all possible scenarios in this particular reality, but as more people awaken and change their views on how they see reality, the reality changes with it.
If you’re looking for proof, look no further than events that haven’t happened such as Edgar Cayce’s prediction of Armageddon in 1999, the New World Order coming to fruition by 2000, and the failure of the North American Union to become a reality.
Negative timeline events are fading away quickly, as the ruling elite are very well aware of this. This is why they are ramping up tensions all around the world in a last ditch effort to cultivate as much fear as possible, because through fear, they can control the masses.
WALLY: Well, why…why do you think that is? I mean, why is that? I mean, is it just because people are lazy today? Or they’re bored? I mean, are we just like bored, spoiled children who’ve just been lying in the bathtub all day just playing with their plastic duck and now they’re just thinking: “Well! what can I do?” [Cough in the background.]
ANDRE: Okay! Yes! We’re bored! We’re all bored now! But has it ever occurred to you, Wally, that the process that creates this boredom that we see in the world now may very well be a self-perpetuating, unconscious form of brain-washing, created by a world totalitarian government based on money? And that all of this is much more dangerous than one thinks? And it’s not just a question of individual survival, Wally, but that somebody who’s bored is asleep, and somebody who’s asleep will not say “no”? See, I keep meeting these people, I mean, uh, just a few days ago I met this man whom I greatly admire, he’s a Swedish physicist, Gustav Björnstrand? And he told me that he no longer watches television, he doesn’t read newspapers and he doesn’t read magazines. He’s completely cut them out of his life, because he really does feel that we’re living in some kind of Orwellian nightmare now, and that everything that you hear now contributes to turning you into a robot!
And when I was at Findhorn, I met this extraordinary English tree expert, who had devoted his life to saving trees. He just got back from Washington, lobbying to save the redwoods? He’s eighty-four years old and he always travels with a back-pack ’cause he never knows where he’s gonna be tomorrow! And when I met him at Findhorn he said to me: “Where are you from?” And I said: “New York.” He said: “Ah, New York! Yes, that’s a very interesting place. Do you know a lot of New Yorkers who keep talking about the fact that they want to leave but never do?” And I said: “Oh, yes!” And he said: “Why do you think they don’t leave?” I gave him different banal theories. He said: “Oh, I don’t think it’s that way at all.” He said: “I think that New York is the new model for the new concentration camp, where the camp has been built by the inmates themselves, and the inmates are the guards, and they have this pride in this thing they’ve built, they’ve built their own prison. And so they exist in a state of schizophrenia, where they are both guards and prisoners. And as a result they no longer have, having been lobotomized, the capacity to leave the prison they’ve made, or to even see it as a prison. And then he went into his pocket and he took out a seed for a tree, and he said: “This is a pine tree.” He put it in my hand and he said: “Escape, before it’s too late.”
You see, actually, for two or three years now Chiquita and I have had this very unpleasant feeling that we really should get out. No, we really should feel like Jews in Germany in the late thirties? Get out of here! Of course, the problem is where to go, ’cause it seems quite obvious that the whole world is going in the same direction. You see, I think it’s quite possible that the nineteen-sixties represented the last burst of the human being before he was extinguished. And that this is the beginning of the rest of the future now, and that from now on there’ll simply be all these robots walking around, feeling nothing, thinking nothing. And there’ll be nobody left almost to remind them that there once was a species called a human being, with feelings and thoughts. And that history and memory are right now being erased, and soon nobody will really remember that life existed on the planet!
Now, of course, Björnstrand feels that there’s really almost no hope. And that we’re probably going back to a very savage, lawless, terrifying period. Findhorn people see it a little differently. They’re feeling that there’ll be these “pockets of light” springing up in different parts of the world, and that these will be in a way invisible planets on this planet, and that as we, or the world, grow colder, we can take invisible space journeys to these different planets, refuel for what it is we need to do on the planet itself, and come back. And it’s their feeling that there have to be centers, now, where people can come and reconstruct a new future for the world. And when I was talking to Gustav Björnstrand, he was saying that actually, these centers are growing up everywhere now! And that what they’re trying to do, which is what Findhorn was trying to do, and in a way what I was trying to do…I mean, these things can’t be given names, but in a way, these are all attempts at creating a new kind of school, or a new kind of monastery. And Björnstrand talks about the concept of reserves, islands of safety, where history can be remembered, and the human being can continue to function in order to maintain the species through a dark age.
In other words we’re talking about an underground, which did exist in a different way during the Dark Ages among the mystical orders of the Church. And the purpose of this underground is to find out how to preserve the light, life, the culture. How to keep things living. You see, I keep thinking that what we need is a new language, a language of the heart, languages in the Polish forest where language wasn’t needed. Some kind of language between people that is a new kind of poetry, that’s the poetry of the dancing bee that tells us where the honey is. And I think that in order to create that language, you’re going to have to learn how you can go through a looking glass into another kind of perception, where you have that sense of being united to all things. And suddenly, you understand everything.
For some people, activism is the best way to achieve results because through activism, we see direct results. For others, holding the energy and vibration of love is playing a large role as we are all beacons of light connected to one another through the planetary grid system. Many people, such as myself, will do both.
Regardless of what your choice is, do it in the vibration of love and continue to work on eliminating as much fear as possible. The best way to do that is to not watch TV or read anything that is published by the mainstream media. Connect and ground yourself with nature, even if it’s looking at pictures of nature. Express gratitude and forgive those who have hurt you.
We can literally change the world overnight into something amazing!
Much is being said about the transition we’re now undergoing. Is it a cosmic occurrence, a societal awakening, or perhaps a spiraling convergence of timeless influences destined to bring humanity to its true conscious awareness?
It’s never healthy to over-spiritualize any occurrence or phenomenon but these have become very real, howbeit esoteric, questions.
It’s clear the current paradigm of deceit is crumbling before our eyes and that a major transformation in human consciousness is taking place. We cannot deny that, despite the furious socio-geopolitical activities unfolding before us and the naysaying of skeptical observers.
What tends to be seriously minimized is our empowered place in all of this. What can we do in the face of such an onslaught? Is there a role for us to play? Why the feeling of helplessness as we watch our skies, food and water close in with toxins and our societies constrict as if destined to bring our demise?
Standing Up to the Storm
Knowing we are called for such a time as this is essential. There’s sound footing to be had despite the mayhem we witness day by day. It’s no accident we are here, never mind awakened at this time. That we see clearly what is transpiring all around us is perhaps the biggest clue there is that the solution is within us, and its manifestation closely at hand.
But it needs our participation. That’s the key.
Activating in conscious response is our unified call, in whatever form we are called. Individually and collectively we are the force they fear and hence are dealing with in such a draconian fashion, which in itself is testament to the power we possess. This cannot be emphasized enough.
This Has Happened Before
Not many are aware of the fact that Buddha, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Zoroaster and the early spiritual Greek philosophers were all alive within the same short time period approximately 2500 years ago. It too was a time of great awakening, without the aid of today’s communication abilities afforded by the internet. Something was afoot during that golden age of opportunity, the truth of which has rung throughout history.
This makes our awakening exponentially more profound as well as powerful in the grand scheme of our planetary history.
We have been given the tools to respond. In love, in truth, and in full knowledge and understanding. This again is why our generation is so fiercely feared as well as opposed. To realize this is a source of great encouragement to anyone wavering in their new found discoveries and convictions. We truly are a tide of empowered truth that is sweeping the world, despite all of the outside appearances to the contrary.
Ages and Sages – The Time is Now
The convergence we are experiencing is everything to be excited about. Do not doubt your inner voice. We stand in full conviction and need not be moved by the barkings of technofascism or police state tactics. We must operate in calm, trusting knowing that what has been established in our hearts is the true nature of humanity and our planet and that these machinations from some sort of imaginary hell are simply that – false, fabricated weapons of fear-based intimidation designed to destabilize our heart felt footing in the true reality of the world as it should, could, will be, and already is.
It’s all about the individual. We stand alone, yet together. We move with honor and dignity. We speak truth, in love. Our force, even if it be just one alone, is more than the lie can handle. In that conviction the heart wins. No matter the seeming outcome in any surface skirmish, we win. Because Truth always wins out. Always.
Know that. Your actions will follow, one at a time. Trust your heart.
But do know the hour is late. Delaying your true role is no longer an option.
The day gets off to a slow start as you are finding yourself not feeling quite right – maybe not physically but perhaps emotionally or mentally or spiritually. Things will shift from there and you will find that your focus has changed somewhat. Do not be surprised if things that once interested you are no longer so engaging right now. There is much going on around you energetically and you are mirroring that in your inner emotions. This is a day for connections, so know what it is that belongs to you, know what you are connected to, and be grateful for those who support you.
There is no shortage of health advice out there, and no shortage of bad advice to go along with it. Some misguided notions are harmless—but others are outright dangerous and can lead you down the road to chronic health problems and may even trim years off your life.
It is critically important to decipher fact from fiction. Many nutrition myths get repeated over and over until they are mistaken for truth, especially when perpetually spread by public health authorities.
But the good news is that slowly, the real truth finally appears to be reaching mainstream audiences, as evidenced by the eagerness of satirists to take a jab at the food industry, as in the clever Coca-Cola parody featured below.
In an article addressing destructive nutrition lies, Kris Gunnars of Authority Nutrition[1] is among those admirably trying to bust the dangerous dietary myths that continue being spread by so many nutritionists.
I agree with the majority of his points, but have added a few others that I believe to be important. Read on for my own top 10 list, which builds upon his.
Lie #1: Breakfast Is the Healthiest Meal of the Day, and You Should Eat Many Small Meals a Day
There is now a good deal of research supporting the health benefits of intermittent fasting—which is what you are really doing whenever you zip out of the house in the morning without breakfast.
Recent studies suggest that intermittent fasting can provide the same health benefits as constant calorie restriction which many studies have shown to dramatically increase life span in animals. It may also be helpful for those who cannot successfully reduce their everyday calorie intake.
Besides turning you into an efficient fat burner, intermittent fasting can also boost your level of human growth hormone production (aka the “fitness hormone”) by as much as 1,200 percent for women and 2,000 percent for men.
Intermittent fasting and continuous calorie restriction have both been shown to produce weight loss and improve metabolic risk markers. However, intermittent fasting tends to be slightly more effective for reducing insulin resistance.
Other benefits include reducing inflammation, improving blood pressure, and increased lean body mass. Intermittent fasting can also improve your brain function by increasing levels of BDNF, a protein that protects your brain cells from the changes associated with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
There are several types of intermittent fasting to choose from, so I recommend experimenting to see what style works best for you. One of the easiest, however, is to simply skip breakfast, and limit your eating to a narrow window of time each day—say between 11am and 7pm, to start. You can review my more comprehensive article on intermittent fasting for more details.
The advice to “eat six small meals per day” comes from seemingly logical principles (portion control, keeping your energy up, stabilizing blood sugar, etc.), but in reality, eating this way has not been shown to provide these benefits. We seem to need periods of fasting for optimal metabolic function.
And if you think about it, our ancient ancestors never had access to a grocery store 24/7 and they went through regular periods of feast and famine. The problem is that most of us are in 24/7 feast mode. Implementing intermittent fasting is the quickest way I know of to jump start your body into burning fat as its primary fuel again.
Lie #2: Saturated Fat Causes Heart Disease
The dangerous recommendation to avoid saturated fat, which arose from anunproven hypothesis from the mid-1950s, has been harming people’s health for about 40 years now. As recently as 2002, the “expert” Food & Nutrition Board issued the following misguided statement, which epitomizes this myth:
“Saturated fats and dietary cholesterol have no known beneficial role in preventing chronic disease and are not required at any level in the diet.”
Similarly, the National Academies’ Institute of Medicine recommends that adults get 45-65 percent of their calories from carbohydrates, 20-35 percent from fat, and 10-35 percent from protein. This is the polar opposite of an ideal fat to carb ratio and virtually guarantees you a heightened risk of disease.
Most people benefit from a diet where 50-85 percent of daily calories are derived from healthful fats. However, you need very few, if any, carbohydrates for optimal health. Although that amount of fat may seem like a lot, fat is very calorie-dense, and will therefore still constitute the smallest amount, in terms of volume, on your plate.
The truth is, saturated fats from animal and vegetable sources provide the building blocks for your cell membranes and a variety of hormones and hormone-like substances, without which your body cannot function optimally.
Fats also serve as carriers for the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K and are required for converting carotene into vitamin A, absorbing minerals, and a host of other important biological processes. Saturated fat is also the preferred fuel for your heart! Good sources of healthy fats to add to your diet include:
Avocados
Butter made from raw grass-fed organic milk
Raw dairy
Organic pastured egg yolks
Coconuts and coconut oil
Unheated organic nut oils
Raw nuts, especially macadamia, and raw seeds
Grass-fed and finished meats
Lie #3: High Omega-6 Seed and Vegetable Oils Are Good for You
Of all the health-destroying foods on the market, those made with highly processed vegetable and seed oils are some of the worst. When consumed in large amounts, as they are by most Americans, they seriously distort your important omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. In a perfect world, this ratio is 1:1—but the average American is getting 20 to 50 times more omega-6 fats than omega-3 fats. Excessive omega-6 fats from processed foods significantly increase your risk for heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and many other illnesses.
The cholesterol found in arterial plaque is oxidized, damaged cholesterol, which your immune system identifies as bacteria. In response, your immune system sends out macrophages to attack it, which creates inflammation inside your artery walls. A major factor driving heart disease is this oxidized cholesterol, which you introduce into your body every time you consume vegetable oils, or foods cooked in them.
Many vegetable and seed oils are also genetically engineered, which only compounds their health risk. More than 90 percent of US canola oil is GE. So what’s the best oil to cook with? Of all the available oils, coconut oil is the one of choice for cooking because it’s close to a completely saturated fat—meaning, much less susceptible to heat damage. And coconut oil is one of the most nutritionally beneficial fats. For more information about coconut oil, please see our special report. Olive oil, while certainly a healthful oil, is easily damaged by heat and is best reserved for drizzling cold over salad.
Lie #4: Artificial Sweeteners Are Safe Sugar Replacements for Diabetics, and Help Promote Weight Loss
Most people use artificial sweeteners to lose weight and/or because they are diabetic and need to avoid sugar. The irony is that nearly all of the studies to date show that artificial sweeteners cause even MORE weight gainthan caloric sweeteners. Studies also show that artificial sweeteners can be worse than sugar for diabetics.
In 2005, data gathered from the 25-year long San Antonio Heart Study showed that drinking dietsoft drinks increased the likelihood of serious weight gain much more so than regular soda.[2] On average, each diet soda the participants consumed per day increased their risk of becoming overweight by 65 percent within the next seven to eight years and made them 41 percent more likely to become obese. There are several possible reasons for this, such as:
Sweet taste alone appears to increase hunger, regardless of caloric content
Artificial sweeteners appear to perpetuate a craving for sweets, and overall sugar consumption is therefore not reduced, leading to further problems with weight control[3]
Artificial sweeteners may disrupt your body’s natural ability to “count calories,” as evidenced by multiple studies. For example, a Purdue University study found that rats fed artificially sweetened liquids ate more high-calorie food than rats fed high-caloric sweetened liquids.[4]
The list of health risks associated with artificial sweeteners, particularly aspartame, continues to expand. I maintain an ongoing list of studies related to the detrimental effects of aspartame, which I recommend you review for yourself if you are still on the fence. Lie #5: Soy Is a Health Food
The meteoric rise of soy as a “health food” is a perfect example of how a brilliant marketing strategy can fool millions. But make no mistake—unfermented soy products are NOT healthful additions to your diet, regardless of your age or gender. I am not opposed to all soy—properly fermented and preferably organic soy, such as tempeh, miso, and natto, offer great health benefits, courtesy of the beneficial bacteria (probiotics) the fermentation process produces.
Thousands of studies have linked unfermented soy to a number of health problems, however. More than 90 percent of American soy crops are also genetically engineered, which only compounds its health risks.[5] If you find this information startling, then I would encourage you to review some of the articles on my Soy Page. Breast cancer
Brain damage and cognitive impairment

Thyroid disorders
Kidney stones
Immune dysfunction
Severe, potentially fatal food allergies

Problems with pregnancy and breastfeeding
Reproductive disorders and impaired fertility
Developmental abnormalities in infants
Lie #6: Whole Grains Are Good for Everyone
The use of whole grains is an easy subject to get confused about, especially for those with a passion for health annutrition. For the longest time, we’ve been told that whole grains are highly beneficial. Unfortunately, ALL grains can elevate your insulin and leptin levels, even whole grains and organic varieties—and elevated insulin/leptin increases your risk of chronic disease. This is especially true if you already struggle with insulin/leptin resistance, which would manifest as high blood pressure, distorted cholesterol ratios, being overweight, or diabetes).
It has been my experience that more than 85 percent of Americans have trouble controlling their insulin and leptin levels and have one or more of the symptoms listed above. You may be one of those if you struggle to maintain an ideal body weight and body composition, tend to accumulate fat around you belly, or have a suboptimal lipid profile. In fact, insulin/leptin dysregulation is a common indicator for many of the diseases so prevalent today, such as diabetes, heart disease, dementia, and cancer.
Many whole grains also contain gluten, which is a common trigger for allergies and sensitivities. Subclinical gluten intolerance is far more common than you might think, with symptoms that are not always obvious. I strongly recommend eliminating or at least restricting grains from your diet, as well as sugars/fructose, especially if you have any of the conditions listed above. As a general rule, the higher your insulin levels are, the greater your grain restriction should be.
#7: Genetically Engineered Foods Are Safe and Comparable to Conventional Foods
Genetic engineering (GE) of our food may be the most dangerous aspect of our food supply today. I strongly recommend that you avoid ALL GE foods. Since more than 90 percent of the corn and 95 percent of the soy grown in the US are GE, then you can count on virtually every processed food having at least one GE component if it doesn’t bear the “USDA 100% Organic” or non-GMO label. Perhaps the most dangerous aspect of them is that the crops are saturated with one of the most dangerous herbicides on the market, glyphosate, to the tune of nearly a billion pounds per year. This toxic chemical can’t be washed off as it becomes integrated into nearly every cell of the plant, and then gets transferred into your body.
No one knows exactly what will be the ultimate impact of these foods on your health, particularly over the long term. Animal studies have pointed to increased disease, infertility, and birth defects as the top contenders. The first-ever lifetime feeding study showed a dramatic increase in organ damage, cancer, and reduced lifespan. It’s important to realize that, unless you’re buying all organic food or growing your own, you’re probably consuming GE foods on a daily basis. In order to avoid as many GE foods as possible, be aware that the following common crops are likely to be GE unless otherwise labeled:
Corn
Canola
Alfalfa
Soy
Cottonseed
Sugar from sugar beets
Zucchini
Crookneck squash
Hawaiian papaya
Lie #8: Eggs Are Bad for Your Heart
Eggs are one of the most demonized foods in the US… thanks to the cholesterol myth. The misguided belief that cholesterol, such as in egg yolks, will give you heart disease is simply untrue (see Lie #1). Studies have shown that eggs do NOT have a detrimental impact on cholesterol levels and are actually one of the most healthful foods you can eat. In one Yale study,[6] participants were asked to consume two eggs daily for six weeks. Researchers found that this egg consumption did not spike cholesterol levels and did not have a negative effect on endothelial function, a measure of cardiac risk.
Choose pasture-raised organic eggs, and avoid “omega-3 eggs” as this is not the proper way to optimize your omega-3 levels. To produce these omega-3 eggs, the hens are usually fed poor-quality sources of omega-3 fats that are already oxidized. Omega-3 eggs are also more perishable than non-omega-3 eggs. Some of the many nutritional benefits of eggs are summarized for you in the table below.
One egg contains six grams of high quality protein and all nine essential amino acids
Beneficial for eye health due to lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants in your lens and retina that help prevent eye diseases such as macular degeneration and cataracts
Good source of choline, a member of the vitamin B family (essential for nervous system, cardiovascular system, and prenatal brain development)
Vitamin D: eggs are one of the few foods that contains naturally occurring vitamin D (24.5 grams)
Sulfur (essential component of glutathione, also promotes healthy hair and nails)
Many other vitamins and minerals (B vitamins, vitamins A and E, calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, potassium, selenium, and zinc)
Lie #9: Low-Fat Foods Prevent Obesity and Heart Disease
Conventional recommendations over th
e past 40 years or more have called for drastically decreasing the overall fat in your diet, but this fat aversion is a driving force behind today’s metabolic dysfunction, obesity, and ill health. As discussed earlier, most people need between 50 and 85 percent of their calories from fats—a far cry form the less than 10 percent from saturated fat recommended by the USDA!7 Kris Gunnars stated it quite nicely:8
“The first dietary guidelines for Americans were published in the year 1977, almost at the exact same time the obesity epidemic started. Of course, this doesn’t prove anything (correlation does not equal causation), but it makes sense that this could be more than just a mere coincidence.
The anti-fat message essentially put the blame on saturated fat and cholesterol (harmless), while giving sugar and refined carbs (very unhealthy) a free pass. Since the guidelines were published, many massive studies have been conducted on the low-fat diet. It is no better at preventing heart disease, obesity or cancer than the standard Western diet, which is as unhealthy as a diet can get.”
Let’s face it, if low-fat diets worked, the United States would be the healthiest nation on the planet—folks have been following them since the late 1970s! But if you look at the following graph, you can see that America’s waistline has done nothing but expand since then. There’s no telling how many people have been prematurely killed by following these flawed guidelines. Yet, despite mounting research to the contrary, low-fat diets are stillbeing pushed as “heart healthy” by the majority of nutritionists, cardiologists, and the like.
Lie #10: Carbs Should Be Your Biggest Source of Calories
I have already covered how insulin resistance is a key factor in disease (see Lie #4). A diet high in non-fiber carbohydrates—particularly processed grains and sugar—leads directly to insulin and leptin resistance. When your highest percentage of calories comes from healthful fats, these problems just don’t exist. Most high-carb diets are high in sugar and starch, not vegetables. When the low-fat mantra swept over the country, the high-carb craze soon followed. When fat was removed from foods, something had to be added back in to make foods more palatable—and that something was sugar. Particularly, highly concentrated forms of fructose, such as high fructose corn syrup, which spell metabolic disaster for your body.
With fat being the identified villain (albeit falsely accused), sugar was completely ignored—even though sugar was the real culprit behind inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, diabetes, and heart disease. America’s love of sugar was a boon to the processed food industry—which added fructose to practically everything from soup to nuts… literally. If you want to see what effects this had on the country’s health and belt size, just turn on your national news.
A high-carb diet disrupts your insulin and leptin signaling, and over time may very well result in type 2 diabetes. By contrast, a diet higher in beneficial fats corrects these metabolic issues. Recent research has demonstrated that the ketogenic diet—one marked by carbohydrate restriction and substantial healthful fats—extended the lifespan of mice by 20 percent, because it optimized their insulin sensitivity and other metabolic processes. There is evidence that low carbohydrate diets, combined with appropriate amounts of protein, can even slow down Alzheimer’s disease and cancer.
Now for the #1 Truth…
The more you can eat like your ancestors, the better—fresh whole foods, locally and sustainably raised, and foods that are minimally processed or not processed at all. These are the types of foods that your genes and biochemistry are adapted to and will provide you with the ability to reverse and prevent most diseases. You will find these at your local farmer’s market, food co-op, or in your own backyard garden. And you will be amazed at the positive changes you’ll see in your health when you “clean up” your diet! Be wary of nutritional advice from mainstream “experts” as it may not be based on science—or based on bad information that is several decades outdated. Truthful, accurate information is your number one weapon in taking control of your health.
All colors have a unique frequency and wavelength, and many believe that colors are powerful healing tools that hold promise in medical applications. Yet, today, it is uncommon to find people who embrace the healing potential of colored light, and it’s unlikely that your mainstream medical doctor would even acknowledge the potential of color therapy. This was not always the case, however.
The technology for color-therapy, the Spectro-Chrome, was developed in 1923 and used for over 20 years in the United States. It may have predicated advancements in color therapy, but we shall never know for sure, as it was it deemed pseudoscience and wiped out by the US federal government who outlawed it and confiscated and destroyed all privately-owned machines were confiscated and under the supervision of US Federal Marshalls. Its creator, Dinshah P. Gadiali was issued a federal indictment and ordered to destroy all of his research materials, thus putting an end to his life’s work and the future of light therapy research.
Light Therapy in Today’s World
There is, in fact, an established medical treatment, known as phototherapy, that utilizes lightwaves to improve patient wellness. The treatment of seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is one example, and patients who suffer from this type of depression are exposed to bright light while comfortably seated. Another example of the use of phototherapy is the treatment of newborns with prolonged signs of jaundice. The baby is placed under a halogen or fluorescent lamp (with their eyes covered to prevent damage) to help to lower the bilirubin levels in the baby’s blood (which gives the jaundiced baby’s skin its yellowish/orange hue). Phototheraphy is also used in the treatment of other skin conditions such as acne and eczema.
If phototherapy is effective, at least in these cases, is there potential in color light therapy?
The Hidden History of the Spectro-Chrome
The Spectro-Chrome reached the height of its popularity in the 1940’s and 50’s when many mainstream physicians used them in thousands of clinics in the U.S. The machine was designed with the premise that light fuels all life on planet Earth, and thus could also serve as “food” for the human body.
The Spectro-Chrome was simple. It had 5 strictly tinted glass plates and an incandescent bulb behind them. A patient would be exposed to colored light using a specific combination of the 5 colored plates while lying in a dark room for a one-hour session. The light could be cast over the entire body or over a specific area that was matched up almost precisely with the meridian lines and points used by in Traditional Chinese Medicine such as acupuncture.
On July 14, 1951, a full-bore FBI raid on Danishah’s clinic removed every one of his machines and destroyed them with sledge hammers. After a long court battle, Danishah was sentenced to three years in prison and the Spectro-Chrome machine continues to be an illegal device under a permanent federal injunction.
The Spectro-Chrome was easy to reproduce, and could be built and used without a high monetary investment or advanced scientific knowledge. With proper training it was easy to understand and use which is why some believe it was considered a threat to the American Medical Association (AMA) and its financial backers, the Rockefellers.
It is believed by some that the AMA and the Rockefellers, who developed strong alliances with drug companies in the early 1900’s, suppressed Dinshah’s Spectro-Chrome machine and several other medical inventions of the early 20th century the tecnology posed a threat to Rockefeller’s interests in pharmaceuticals. Other similar cases of suppressed medical technologies and persecution of their inventors by the Rockefeller cartel include the Rife machine, developed by Royal Raymond Rife as a treatment for cancer, and the orgone accumulator, created by Wilhelm Reich and allegedly capable of harnessing the health benefits of cosmic energy.

Modern Color Therapy
Color and light, when magnified and concentrated, can have a significant effect on the human body. Recent research into light and color therapy proves that Dinshah Gadiali may have been way ahead of his time. Educated by Hindu and Vedic teachers, Dinshah believed in the aetheric body, or aura, and the entangled connection it has with the physical body. He understood that restoring balance to one’s aura using light and color can heal the physical body and spirit.
Since the turn of the millennium, numerous studies have been conducted by respected medical organizations that give validity Dinshah’s theories and to the potential healing power of light and color. Here are some examples:
Most modern medical doctors would still consider color therapy to be quackery or pseudoscience, although it is becoming more commonly available in holistic centers, used by hypnotherapists, and incorporated into other alternative healing modalities.
One of the most outspoken practitioners of color therapy and user of a modern version of the Spectro-Chrome Machine, Dr. Kate Baldwin, believed that color therapy is capable of providing marvelous healing results.

Yet in neglected light and color there is a potency far beyond that of drugs and serums. Color is the simplest and most accurate therapeutic measure yet developed. This is not a good time to take anything for granted. This is not a time for missing what is right in front of your face. The obvious oftentimes has much more hidden within it that you are aware of. And right now, you could really use some clarification, so stick with the obvious, take things one at a time, trust your intuition, and know that everything will work out. It may be hard to accept that given all the stuff you are dealing with. It can seem as though there is just too much to deal with and that help is not at hand, but step back, get some perspective, and you can see that organization and prioritization will get you through.

Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument Response to Claims of New Eruption
FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA –The National Park Service has received numerous inquiries about the possibility of current volcanic activity at Sunset Crater Volcano. The internet source of the purported eruption is based upon a black and white satellite image. The report is not from an academic source or part a scientific agency, such as the United States Geological Survey. Furthermore, no activity has been observed on the ground by park rangers staffing the National Monument.
Sunset Crater Volcano, part of the San Francisco Volcanic Field, is an extinct cinder cone. Local cinder cones are created by a one-time eruption event and are not known to erupt more than once. Sunset Crater Volcano erupted over 900 years ago, making it the youngest cinder cone in a field of over 600 volcanoes. It is now extinct, and not anticipated to erupt again.
According to many geologists, the San Francisco Volcanic Field is still considered to be active, so it’s possible that an eruption could occur during the next 1,000 to 5,000 years somewhere east of Flagstaff, Arizona.
